Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Recourse Denmark to lead and further develop If's recourse operation in Denmark. The role combines strategic oversight with active operational involvement, and requires a people-focused leader with a solid academic foundation and experience in claims, recourse, and/or legal work.
Requirements
- Lead, motivate and develop the Danish recourse team consisting of 11 highly specialized professionals
- Hold end-to-end ownership of the Danish recourse portfolio, including overall performance and results
- Act as a Nordic facilitator for the International Recourse group and contribute to cross-border collaboration
- Initiate, drive and implement improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and ways of working
- Take primary responsibility for implementing If's AI-boosted Recourse Operating Model in Denmark
- Handle selected recourse cases personally to maintain strong operational and legal insight
