Job Description
IFCO, the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs), is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure operational excellence, maximize machine efficiency, and engage in CAPEX projects. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree, 10+ years of maintenance experience, and a background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
Requirements
- Support preventative maintenance program
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems
- Maintain and monitor PDM system
- Execute CAPEX projects
- Direct and support maintenance employees
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Monitor machine downtime
- Train and develop maintenance personnel
