Analista de Desenvolvimento de Negócios Sênior

We are a Brazilian technology company leading in Latin America, and we're looking for a Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Growth, Commercial Planning, or related areas, and will be responsible for developing strategies for attraction, engagement, and retention of B2B partners, as well as analyzing their behavior and performance to generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Growth, Commercial Planning, or related areas
• Experience in B2B and data-driven environments
• Strong analytical capacity and experience with KPI monitoring
• Ability to build executive presentations and data storytelling
• Communicative profile, resilient, and easy to relate
• Capacity to navigate between strategic vision and operational execution
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Autonomy, ownership sense, and proactivity
