We are looking for a Key Account IV Executive to lead the strategic plan of our largest partners in the channel, influencing in-store operations and technical integration to product offerings and pricing. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical capacity, high-level consultative negotiation skills, and experience in Key Account Management or Category Management.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Entrepreneurial Profile: 'Business Owner' mindset, proactivity to resolve complex problems, and a vision of the future.
- Strong Analytical Capacity: Advanced ability to interpret data, create diagnoses, and transform them into action plans (Storytelling with data).
- High-Level Consultative Negotiation: Experience in dealing with large network representatives.
- Adaptability and Speed: Comfort working in a scalable and constantly innovative environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Relations: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt the message to different audiences.
- Experience: Solid career in Key Account Management, Category Management, or Product/Trade Management in retail.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills, BI tools (Power BI/Looker), and familiarity with productivity tools (Slack/Salesforce).
- Background in the Industry: Previous experience in large players in the market (Retail or Industry) or large Marketplaces.
- Familiarity with AI: Knowledge in the application of AI agents or analytical process automation.
