- Pacote Office/Google Workspace: Mastery of electronic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for KPI tracking.
- CRM: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management, field routine, and result reporting.
- AI and Technology: Interest and familiarity with concepts and tools of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technology to optimize commercial processes.
