Requirements
- Strong sense of ownership and discipline for self-management of the agenda
- Proven ability in complex negotiations with high influence and conduct of consultative conversations with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, rapid pace, and constant change, maintaining emotional intelligence
- Excellent oral and written communication, clarity to present diagnoses and action plans
- Knowledge and practical experience in Business Intelligence tools and data analysis for decision-making and strategy construction
- Mastery of electronic spreadsheets for KPI tracking
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management, field routine, and results report
- Interest and familiarity with concepts and tools of Artificial Intelligence and technology to optimize commercial processes
