We are a Brazilian technology company reference in Latin America. We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive II - SDR (Outbound) to be the first point of contact with potential customers, qualifying and identifying decision-makers for the iFood Benefits solution.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Proficiency in prospecting and engagement tools via LinkedIn (e.g., Apollo.io, Sales Navigator).
- Ability to analyze data for sales funnel optimization and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, such as BANDT, SPIN Selling, and GPCT.
- Effective and persuasive communication, with excellent active listening.
- Proactivity and self-motivation to achieve and exceed goals.
- Time management and organization to optimize the prospecting cycle.
- Emotional intelligence and resilience to handle objections and rejections.
- Result-oriented and goal-focused orientation.
- Previous experience in SDR, Inside Sales, sales, or prospecting.
- Knowledge of Google tools (Google Meet) and Zoom.
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships.
- Completed or in-progress higher education in areas such as Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
