The Sales Director – Net New is responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team to increase revenue through sales of IFS solutions to net new customers in the DACH market. The role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with customers and executives, and leveraging IFS' AI-driven solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
- University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Significant experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions/start-up and/or management consulting experience with a value sell mentality
- Significant experience in a similar senior key account manager/leadership role, managing and leading a sales team to overachieve against targets
- Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with a collaborative and impactful manner
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Business level German and English: Fluent
