Job Description
As a Front-end and Customer Experience Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in analyzing and designing user-friendly and efficient customer portals and service applications. You work with both internal and external business and IT teams to achieve the optimal digital customer experience.
Requirements
- Analyzes and optimizes digital customer journeys and user experiences
- Effectively gathers, analyzes, and translates requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Builds a bridge between business and IT, with an eye on both customer needs and technical feasibility
- Works well in multidisciplinary teams and stimulates collaboration
- Wants to develop into an expert at the intersection of business and IT
