We are looking for a Head of CRM to take ownership of engagement and retention strategy across multiple global markets. This is a leadership role that combines strategic vision with operational excellence, driving performance through data, processes, and team enablement.
Requirements
- CRM Expertise: 5β7+ years of experience in CRM, with a strong background in.com markets and high-volume player databases.
- Data Fluency: Advanced knowledge of CRM metrics, segmentation, predictive modeling, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Enablement Mindset: Experience building frameworks that empower teams to act independently on insights.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams of 20+ people, set a clear vision, and develop talent.
- Agility & Ownership: Proactive, hands-on, and accountable, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Able to present strategies and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Efficiency-Driven: Strong background in process design and scalable CRM operating models.
- Language proficiency: at least upper-intermediate level of English.
