The Business Development Manager will lead recruitment and development of agents, achieve sales targets, and develop strategic business plans. The role will also involve other tasks to support business development and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or Business Development Manager in the insurance industry (life & non-life).
- OR a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Director or Manager in related industries such as banking, finance, fintech, real estate, telecommunications, or automotive.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent training, coaching, and leadership skills to guide teams in achieving business objectives.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop plans with clear and measurable objectives.
