Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven success in non-life insurance sales/business development, ideally within a brokerage or agency context.
- Strong network and understanding of corporate insurance buying behaviors in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated track record of aggressively generating leads, closing complex B2B deals, and exceeding sales quotas.
- Expertise across multiple non-life insurance lines (e.g., property, casualty, motor, health, liability).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; insurance certifications (e.g., LOMA, licensure) are an advantage.
