Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
• Regional exposure to Southeast Asia and India
• Systems proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms
• Technical literacy in payroll cycles and statutory requirements in Malaysia and India
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• A 'tech-forward' mindset with a knack for improving manual processes through system automation
