Job Description
Igloo is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to lead HR operations across Southeast Asia. The role involves regional recruitment, employee relations, and HR Operations. The HRBP will be the backbone of Igloo's regional people operations, ensuring that systems run smoothly and employees are supported across borders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
- Regional exposure to Southeast Asia and India
- Systems Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms
- Technical Literacy of payroll cycles and statutory requirements in SG, MY, TH, and India
