Job Description
Join ibet as a Senior CRM Manager and lead the CRM product vertical end-to-end, defining and optimizing key KPIs and driving data-led decision-making on campaign structure and player targeting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CRM/Retention within iGaming
- Proven track record of owning KPIs and driving measurable growth in retention and player value
- Strong commercial mindset with experience interpreting CRM data and making strategic business decisions
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS systems
- Experience building lifecycle strategies and segmentation frameworks at scale
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize strategically while operating in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality
