We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Account Manager to join our Residential Solar team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our residential solar business by effectively promoting and selling our solar solutions to homeowners.
Requirements
- Generate and qualify leads for residential solar through various channels, including referrals, marketing campaigns, and phone-based outreach efforts.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, assess their eligibility for solar, and present the benefits of our solar solutions.
- Conduct thorough virtual consultations and presentations to educate customers on the features of our solar products, including cost savings, maintenance, terms, and financing when applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to effectively position our lease products in the market.
- Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Properly manage time to ensure prospecting activities, customer communications, project management duties, and virtual meetings are efficiently completed.
