Solar Installer

The Solar Installer will be responsible for installation and oversight of field electrical work to ensure code compliance and the highest quality work.

Requirements

• Installation of solar panels, inverters, and associated equipment on rooftops or ground-mounted systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on solar systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Evaluate installation sites for structural integrity, shading, and potential obstacles, providing recommendations for optimal solar panel placement.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with solar systems, including performance problems and electrical faults.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and system performance metrics.
• Work closely with lead, electricians, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations to clients and addressing any concerns they may have.
