Director Finance Decision Support

IGT is looking for a Director of Finance Decision Support to lead strategic transformation, digital enablement, and commercial finance initiatives. The role requires 12+ years of experience in finance, expertise in FP&A, and advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau. The starting compensation range is $106,250 to $250,500 USD, with a Total Rewards program including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a 401(k) Savings Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong track record in transformation leadership.
• Expertise in FP&A, financial systems, automation technologies, and strategic business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective
