Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business or HR related field
• 10+ years relevant Workforce Planning & Forecasting or HR Metrics experience
• Ability to communicate and present analytical and statistical results of forecasts to all levels of management
• Proactive, self-motivated, and problem-solving with impeccable attention to detail
• Collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders across department and business lines
