Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Global Benefits to lead our comprehensive employee benefits programs across IGT's global locations. This is a hands-on, strategic leader role that requires a strong understanding of global benefits and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing global vendors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, with at least 5 years in a global or multinational role
- Proven success in designing and managing international benefits programs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global vendors
- CEBS, GPHR, or similar certification is a plus
- Prior SAP and SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
