Job Description
Monster Energy is seeking a visionary leader to modernize its global benefits strategy, ensuring employee experience for 83 markets worldwide. The Director of Global Benefits will establish a global benefits program balancing corporate standards with localized regional needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Benefits experience
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Experience managing benefits programs across diverse international regions
- Demonstrated vendor negotiation and management skills
- Proven ability to think strategically
- Financial acumen, including experience with benefits budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in benefits data analysis and reporting
