Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Benefits experience
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Experience managing benefits programs across diverse international regions, demonstrating cultural competence and an understanding of varying local regulations
- Demonstrated vendor negotiation and management skills
- Proven ability to think strategically and align benefits programs with overall business objectives and talent management goals
- Internal customer focus, along with a desire to learn all aspects of the business
- Financial acumen, including experience with benefits budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in benefits data analysis and reporting to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
