Digital Client Success Manager

iHeartMedia is seeking a Digital Client Success Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client service and executing strategic plans across the company's digital product suite. This role requires extensive cross-team partnership and coordination, excellent communication and analytic skills, and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Experience in public relations, corporate communications, content marketing or relationship management
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Four-year college degree, preferably in Communications, Advertising or Marketing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies
