Inside Sales Coordinator

iHeartMedia is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to Account Executives throughout the full sales cycle. The role will assist with order entry, campaign tracking, and client reporting, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of multi-platform advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
