We are seeking a Manager, Client Success to deliver exceptional pre and post-sale support for digital campaigns, drive strong performance, renewals, and revenue growth, and build expertise in iHeartMedia's digital product suite.
Requirements
- Experience working for or closely with media or creative agencies
- Strong background in digital media planning or activation
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities to add value at every stage of the campaign lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
