We're seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive specializing in political advertising to join our team! This role required sales experience coupled with political expertise to leverage iHeartMedia's full suite of Broadcast, Digital, and Live Event products to deliver impactful campaigns for political and issue-based clients.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in political media sales with audio expertise
- Strong business acumen and understanding of political advertising trends and revenue drivers
- Independent, self-motivated, competitive, and assertive personality
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to prioritize and clarify deliverables
- Accountability to meet deadlines, communicate status and resolve issues
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
- Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce experience is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Political Science
- Experience in political media, campaigns, or government relations/on the hill
