Join our dynamic Kitchen team at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley as a Full-Time Chef de Partie. Assist in the daily operations of our Food & Beverage Operation and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a unique experience across various events, conferences, and social occasions.
Requirements
- A formal Commercial Cookery Certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong banqueting and events production skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- Effective time management skills
- Superior communication and ability to interpret Event Orders
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures
- High standard of personal presentation
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights
