Requirements
- Similar experience in a commercial kitchen ideally in a hotel environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef; supervisory experience is an advantage
- Right to legally work full time in Australia
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts
- Food safety Certification
