The role involves leading kitchen operations, preparing high-quality dishes, supporting junior team members, and upholding Holiday Inn and IHG brand standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
- Commercial Cookery qualification or equivalent experience
- Understanding and interest in Italian cuisine
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Must have Legal right to work in Australia
