Requirements
- Manage sales activities and events in accordance with the hotel's annual sales and marketing plan
- Provide comprehensive support to achieve budget and sales strategies for conference and event services
- Support operations in the general banquet department (including internal and group events)
- Monitor competitor activities and provide marketing information
- Sell to new, existing, and prospective clients based on sales strategy targets
- Manage existing clients through account-based management
- Conduct regular sales activities and market development
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Develop and maintain contact with business generators and other producers related to the hotel business
