Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home. First impressions count, and we want to get our guests' memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start.
Requirements
- No educational background required
- Experience in front desk operations
- Must be legally eligible to work in Japan
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Experience with Opera (PMS) is a plus
