Job Description
As Public Areas Team Leader, you will help ensure our resort is always up to standard in line with our IHG luxury principles. Your day to day will involve attending to guest requests, reporting any maintenance concerns, assisting the wider Housekeeping Team as needed and supporting the leadership and motivating the team through leading by example.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, professional team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Previous experience in housekeeping, public areas preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues
- Committed to maintaining high safety standards and following operational procedures
