We're looking for a Director of Finance and Accounting to manage our financial operations, balance the books, and monitor hotel profitability. As a Director, you'll coach your team, set accounting practice standards, and maximize financial returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Accounting and Finance
• 4-8 years of experience in hotel accounting or auditing, with at least 1 year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory role
• Knowledge of accounting management duties
• Professional accounting or finance designation or certification (preferred)
• Ability to speak local language(s)
• Other languages beneficial
