The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing & Adoption plays a critical role in ensuring technology products deliver real value through successful adoption at scale, leading product marketing and adoption strategy for high-visibility initiatives impacting thousands of hotels and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, product management, change/adoption, or enablement within a digital or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and how to drive success post-launch.
- Experience driving adoption at scale within hospitality, travel, retail, franchised, or similarly complex multi-site organizations (preferred).
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and navigating large, matrixed enterprises.
- Leadership experience managing teams, programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
