Job Description
The Director Corporate Security, Southeast Asia role requires leading the development and execution of a scalable physical security program across manufacturing sites, offices, labs, and R&D environments in Southeast Asia. The position involves site security risk assessment, implementation of security and resilience management objectives, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a corporate security management role or related role
- Fluent in English; regional language skills are advantageous
- Relevant professional certifications desirable
- Unwavering personal integrity and exceptional judgment
- Entrepreneurial style and ability to remain calm under pressure and ambiguity
- Experience and comfort working in international and cross-cultural environments
- Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and updating standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
