Principal Program Manager

Principal Program Manager will collaborate with Product Line Management and R&D Management to generate development schedules, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of qualified products to the global Operations team.

Requirements

• BS/MS in an engineering or science discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with optical transceivers or components desirable
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Product Lifecycle Management processes
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite required
• Experience with Oracle, Agile, and MS Project desirable
