Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for new product introduction, product/team coordination and management, and ensuring consistent and controlled practices that are goal oriented, market aware, time efficient, cost effective, quality conscious and EHS compliant. The role also involves managing a team and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction in Backlog Commits, Manufacturing, Quality, IPH Cost and Customer Responsiveness.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Strong ability to identify organizational needs, lead and manage programs / projects
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English is must, Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in program/business/customer management will be an added advantage
