Senior Engineer, Test Engineering

Senior Engineer, Test Engineering position responsible for improving Test Infrastructure capability and capacity in the factory, developing and deploying new Test Infrastructure, and maintaining existing Test Infrastructure. Requires minimum 2 years of semiconductor, analog, or similar Test and Measurement experience and MS or equivalent degree. Strong knowledge of optics, mechanics, and electronics theory, and excellent laboratory skills are required.

Requirements

• Improve existing Test Infrastructure capability and capacity in the factory
• Develop and deploy new Test Infrastructure in the factory
• Develop and deploy custom Test Infrastructure for R&D
• Continuously maintain new and existing Test Infrastructure in the factory
• Setup & improve material flow process through the Test Infrastructure in the factory
• Support the Test Infrastructure requirements for multiple product teams simultaneously
• Develop, execute, and analyze DOEs
• Develop and maintain Test Infrastructure via SPC and other techniques
• Develop, improve, and maintain Test & Process SOP and OCAP documentation
• Provide Test Equipment & Process related training to operators & technicians
• Frequently analyze and report on Tool health, Process health, and Project status
• Develop calibration and validation routines for Test Equipment
• Meet and improve upon Test related KPI goals
• Ownership and accountability of Test Infrastructure and Performance in the factory
• Frequently present verbal and written updates and reports to upper management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure project and product successes
• Interfacing and reporting to internal and external customers on projects
