Job Description
IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials. The Production Manager is a hands-on, leadership-driven role responsible for overseeing plant operations at the Sumas facility.
Requirements
- Technical four year degree
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives including Lean
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills
- Demonstrated team building talent and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to achieve results individually and as a member of a team
