IKS Health is seeking a Senior Vice President of Coding & CDI Commercialization to lead the company's growth strategy, establish industry credibility, and drive revenue expansion across acute and ambulatory markets. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of leadership experience in medical coding, CDI, revenue cycle management, or healthcare technology commercialization, and a proven track record of scaling healthcare businesses and achieving high-growth milestones.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in medical coding, CDI, revenue cycle management, or healthcare technology commercialization
• Proven success in scaling healthcare businesses, achieving high-growth milestones, and leading revenue-driven initiatives
• Deep expertise in coding automation, CDI technology, payer compliance, and AI-driven solutions for healthcare providers
• Strong background in go-to-market strategy, revenue acceleration, and competitive positioning in the healthcare sector
• Experience leading solutions to industry recognition (KLAS, Black Book, Gartner, etc.) and driving customer advocacy
• Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders, healthcare executives, and industry leaders
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills
