Job Description
IKS Health is seeking a Vice President of Solutions – Revenue Cycle Management to design solutions that meet client needs and drive financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including revenue cycle management.
Requirements
- 12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e. conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc.
- Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members
- Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies
