We are seeking an experienced Sales, Artistry, and Education Executive based in the Dallas metropolitan area that is passionate about the clean color category and safe, performance driven ingredients.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ cosmetic sales experience in an account executive or management role or as an experienced account coordinator
- Excellent organization and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Asana; Omni experience a plus
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule – weekends & holidays required
- Ability to speak to a group, inspire and motivate teams with previous experience managing & developing a freelance team
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive & effective business partnerships
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with high level of energy and motivation
- Experience or exposure to working with Sephora and ULTA required
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
