Job Description
The Partnership Manager will oversee and provide tax expertise for all partnership tax compliance and planning needs for the Ilitch Companies.
Requirements
- Manage and review Partnership Federal and State tax returns and all related filings
- Ensure all compliance with federal, state and local tax jurisdictions
- Oversee Partnership tax compliance and planning for partnerships, LLC’s, joint ventures and multi-tiered entities
- Communicate any tax adjustments to management and update all tax filings, partner capital accounts, and basis allocation
