Job Description
Illinois Bone and Joint Institute is seeking a Part Time Patient Services Coordinator I MRI to join our MRI Services team at our New Lenox location. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient-centered customer service and support IBJI teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year experience in customer service role (medical office experience preferred)
- EHR experience (Epic experience preferred)
- Knowledge in medical terminology preferred
- Ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive and non-routine information
- Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
