Job Description
Supports both business analysis and technical systems functions, responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and supporting IT project delivery.
Requirements
- Two years of college with coursework in computer science
- Four years of experience with technical systems and/or programming experience and/or IT project management
- Extensive knowledge of systems design and implementation, including programming, computer operating systems, and data transcription
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Awareness and adherence to organizational standards for security, privacy, and ethics
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in analyzing, appraising, evaluating, and solving problems
- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid Illinois driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling items weighing up to 50lbs
