Requirements
- Supervises and mentors the Information System Specialists and Technicians
- Leads stakeholder workshops and translates business needs into technical requirements, business cases, and process models
- Serves as a senior technical consultant; reviews systems for compliance and recommends performance improvements
- Designs and develops complex applications and integrate software systems with existing infrastructure
