We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CE/CRM, Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE/CRM, and Power Platform.
Requirements
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 CE technical specifications
- Customize and configure D365 CE applications to align with business needs
- Develop and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#.NET and JavaScript
- Perform data migration and integration tasks using tools like Kingsway Soft and JIRA
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions in areas such as sales, customer service, field service, and other CE package certifications
- Optimize existing CRM systems and business process flows to enhance efficiency and performance
- Provide end-to-end deployment and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive CRM solutions
