The Volunteer Coordinator will lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, communication, and engagement efforts in support of Illumination Health + Home’s mission to disrupt the cycle of homelessness.
Requirements
- Recruiting volunteers through partnerships, outreach efforts, community engagement, and marketing initiatives
- Supporting and maintaining volunteer onboarding processes, including orientations and training materials
- Coordinating volunteers for community engagement activities, service opportunities, and fundraising events
- Maintaining regular communication with volunteers and supporting volunteer appreciation and recognition efforts
- Tracking volunteer hours, participation, and engagement data
- Providing support in evaluating volunteer experiences and identifying opportunities for improvement within volunteer programming and engagement efforts
