Job Description
The Hope Through Housing Foundation seeks a Volunteer Coordinator to manage BSW and MSW student interns, overseeing their activities, conduct onboarding training, and track hours served. The coordinator will develop and implement strategies to further the programs mission and increase program capacity.
Requirements
- Research, develop and implement opportunities for internships to meet community impact goals
- Recruit, screen, and place interns
- Orient interns to the organization and its services
- Provide general supervision and select specific assignments for interns
- Develop and maintain processes to evaluate program effectiveness
- Serve as primary point of contact for university internship programs
- Develop relationships with community partners and donors
