Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for our customers and support them with questions and problems related to IT.
Requirements
- Training as a computer scientist, a comparable IT training, or experience in IT support
- IT knowledge on a broad basis, including client, Windows, networks, SAP
- Excellent German and very good English skills in word and writing
- Basic knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL standard and ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
